Are you ready to get hydrated?
All registered participants must creatively provide daily updates to showcase progress throughout the challenge using their own water bottles. We encourage all content to be posted on social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, by tagging @gviwellness and using the following hashtags: and GVIHydrates24.#GVIWellness#
Keep an eye out for weekly emails from the GVI Wellness Team that will provide some knowledge regarding the benefits of drinking water and some tips to increase water consumption! Our goal for this water hydration challenge is to allow us to hold each other accountable for drinking more water while supporting and motivating one another, all while having fun! We look forward to seeing the engagement of all the participants, as we are all on the path to a healthier lifestyle!
