You agree to hold any officers, facilitators, administrators, instructors, and employees, of the University of the Virgin Islands, the Government of the Virgin Islands, or the Government Employee’s Service Commission Board of Trustees, harmless in the event that your voluntary participation in any activity leads to any personal injury, death or property damage. You hereby freely and knowingly assume all risk of personal injury, lost wages, death and/or property damage, relating to participation in the exercise program whether in person or virtually/electronically.
