St. Thomas GVI Fitness Program 2025

Thank you for your participation in the GVI Wellness Fitness Program. Please consult with your healthcare provider before you participate in any exercise program. You agree to hold any officers, facilitators, administrators and instructors, and employees, of the Government of the Virgin Islands, the Government Employee’s Service Commission Board of Trustees, harmless if your voluntary participation in the fitness Program leads to any personal injury, death or property damage. You as a result of this freely and knowingly assume all risk of personal injury, lost wages, death, and property damage, relating to participation in the exercise program whether in person or virtually/electronically. The submission of your electronic registration form serves as an acknowledgment and understanding of the information above.
