MyBioFix Group Fitness Activity - St. Thomas/St. John
A group fitness activity for active GVI employees and GVI retirees under age 65. All events will be on the second Saturday of each month at 8 a.m. The first fitness activity is set for Saturday, December 13, 2025, @ 8 a.m.

About the Event
We welcome individuals of all ability levels to our series of in-person physical activity events. A fun and supportive environment to get a sweat on, build confidence with movement, and have a great time building community.
Attendees should bring a water bottle, a towel, and dress in active wear clothing.
