Eligibility:
Only one (1) roster with ten (10) participants are allowed per agency. The participants listed will be the official team for the entire season. Team members cannot be changed outside of the ten (10) listed.
Participants MUST be a GVI Cigna policyholder or dependent prior in order to participate.
