Eligibility
Only employees and retirees under 65 years of age who are participants of the Government of the USVI CIGNA Health Insurance Plan are eligible to participate.
Enrollment
Interested plan members must complete this online form. The options on this form will automatically close when capacity has been reached. Gym membership is only active upon receipt of an enrollment confirmation, which will include specific details on how to register at the gym.
Covered Costs
Employees who enroll and receive their enrollment confirmation will receive a gym membership through the plan year, as long as they maintain both the CIGNA health insurance and government employment.
